Let's get real...For the perfectly imperfect woman, we all have a story, and here is a piece of mine.

Im currently treating myself to a fabulous lunch in downtown Summerlin, enjoying the greenest of greenest salads, sipping a cappuccino, and watching the world go by in my favorite go-to spot.

It's the cutest place with fancy chandeliers, boho aesthetics, and just the perfect spot to get my creative vibes flowing.

I've been reflecting lately about this movement Lifespeachy Rebranded, and while it's certainly important for me to rebuild my brand, create my online courses, and everything that goes with that...

I can't help but think I'm missing a big piece of the rebranding that is the heart of the whole damn jam...

My WHY

After all, if you don't have a "WHY" to why you're doing something are you doing it with purpose and fulfillment?

If you're going to the gym every day or even your job ... are you fulfilling your purpose?

Are you doing the shit that sets your soul on fire?

I sit here on my laptop my fingers just typing away like I can't get my thoughts out fast enough for my fingers to type...

Have you ever been so inspired, so fired up, that you can't say or do what you want fast enough... I sure hope so.

I love this project and everything it stands for.

Lifespeachy rebranded isn't about my new Logo, brand name, or even the products I have created.

Just saying.. my Eat to LIVE Masterclass is f*cking fabulous ;)

Lifespeachy Rebranded is about being an unapologetic woman in an alcohol-crazed society.

I love it so much because it's raw, edgy, and takes a big stand on telling the world f*ck alcohol and that we women are meant for so much more.

I can't begin to tell you that I wish there was a woman that I knew in my 20s that took such a bold stance on the fuck alcohol movement.

That in fact if you suck at drinking that's more than okay because no one in their right mind was meant to ingest such a toxic chemical in the first place. No wonder some of us lose our damn minds when we ingest it.

I create this platform and I stay true to my mission to do my part in creating change so that the next generation of women ( my daughter most importantly) have a perception of what it means to live your life and pursue your wildest dreams and that you certainly do not need alcohol to have a good time.

Okay, that was a big rant on my take on alcohol but if you are still with me ... thank you, and here's my take-home for this week's newsletter.

What inspired this gem of an email this week was a Facebook memory I stumbled upon.

The memory was from five years ago, a gawd awful video I recorded in my car while waiting to pick my kids up from school.

First, the woman in that video I barely recognized.

Ladies... I even look tremendously different from five years ago. But that's besides the point.

But what I really was reminded of while watching was that I was talking about how I wanted to create a nutrition course that debunked all the bullshit diet plans out there.

And here I am five years later, not only have I built out my beautiful Eat to LIVE Masterclass, but I have completely given up drinking, started and remained consistent with a healthy diet and exercise routine, started a podcast, built a newsletter, rebuilt my website, and rebranded myself into a Women run brand that's built specifically for women like me... for the perfectly imperfect woman.

Ladies, I am grateful. Grateful for where I was, where I am, and where I'm going.

I ask you to take some time and find a photo from your past.

Doesn't exactly have to be five years ago but nonetheless take a look at your blast from the past photo and ask yourself:

3 Steps to THRIVE

"Am I going down a path that makes me proud?"

"Am I pursuing my goals?"

"Do my everyday habits align with who I want to be?"

Friendly reminder: Our habits in the present day will be the foundation of our quality of life in the years to come. Do you treat yourself well?

I am 3 years and 6 months into my personal F*ck alcohol movement.

Five years ago I remember subconsciously thinking about how alcohol was no longer serving the women I aspired to be...

It took two more years for me to have the courage to completely stop drinking. And in that time I am grateful for the accomplishments that I have done and look forward to sharing more of my story to inspire other women who are like me.

If you have had the slightest inkling that alcohol takes more from you than you would like... I challenge you to my Sober October Challenge.

(I'll be sharing more details in my newsletter so stay tuned.)

Whether you do it for the month, for 3 months, a year, or never again I can 100% tell you no one has ever regretted not drinking and you may just surprise yourself with what you accomplish.

If you are my perfectly imperfect woman.

I see you sister.

If you are just a supporter of my work and keep tuning in... I am beyond grateful for your continued support.

Millionaire Mountain was never conquered alone... and I want to take anyone and everyone with me to make the world a better place by becoming who we were meant to be...

Much Love Sisters

See you next week!
