Eating a whole-food diet is the ultimate form of self-care.

🌟 In our fast-paced world, we often overlook the importance of what we put into our bodies. We focus on external self-care routines like spa days and meditation (which are wonderful, by the way!), but we forget that true self-care starts from within.
